Frank Chipps is an instructor with Arboriculture Canada Training & Education Ltd. He is a certified arborist and a successful owner/operator of Chipps Tree Care in Tofield, AB. Frank has been a multiple winner of the ISA Prairie Chapter Tree Climbing Competition, representing this chapter at the ITCC for 3 years. He recently ranked 4th in the World Tree Climbing Competitions in Pittsburgh and currently holds a 2 time World Record for the men’s footlock event.
