  • How much hands-on time is spent during training?
A big part of our teaching culture at ArborCanada includes providing students practical hands-on learning experiences. Every course has unique circumstances surrounding the exact amount of time spend on practical skills, this can include accommodations for poor weather and other site limitations. However, lead instructors always prioritize as much as possible to get students hand-on practice. In general, we aim for 20% theory / in-class and 80% practical in-field exercise and practice.
