About Me
Bruce Skilliter took the Arboriculture Canada Training & Education Chainsaw Train the Trainer program in 2018. He has been a specialist instructor for ACTE in chainsaw operation, tree felling, power line restoration and electrical safety since 2018. Bruce is a Journeyman Lineman and is currently the owner of Ptarmigan Consulting Inc., a powerline and general maintenance consulting business. He is a trainer for chainsaw safety and powerline safety courses for Arboriculture Canada as well as other colleges and organizations in western Canada. We are very pleased to have Bruce bring his years of powerline and chainsaw operation experience to our team of instructors and to our customers in these industries.
