About Me

Caleb is originally from Ontario and has been climbing trees since childhood, bringing a lifelong connection to Arboriculture into every part of his work. An alumnus of the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture, he spent three years living and working in a botanical garden—an experience that helped shape both his technical foundation and appreciation for thoughtful, well-planned tree care. After moving to Winnipeg in 2016, Caleb began his journey in private tree care and has managed a Winnipeg-based tree care company since 2018. He is especially drawn to the technical problem-solving side of Arboriculture, including safe access, complex removals, and precision work that requires careful planning and adaptability. After completing the Train the Trainer program in 2024, Caleb joined the ACTE team as an Assistant Trainer in 2025 and is excited to continue growing, learning, and contributing alongside the ArborCanada training community.
